Fisar Como

The F.I.S.A.R. (the Italian Federation of Sommeliers, Hoteliers, Restaurateurs) Delegation of Como, was officially established in September 2014. Its primary purpose is to spread and enhance wine culture by promoting professional courses for sommeliers in the world of traditional gastronomy and food and wine tourism, both nationally and internationally.

Since 2020, Fisar Como has also been successfully operating in the Ticino region with specific courses aimed at enhancing food and wine culture and developing future sommeliers.

Enoteca 7Grappoli

7Grappoli is a Ticino-based company made up of professional sommeliers who have been passionately working in the wine sector for years. Founded in 2020, it now offers wine tourism, sommelier services, and private and corporate event planning. 

It also has a new project, Cellarivm, dedicated to promoting the Swiss region and its wine products, particularly those from Ticino. 

Bianchi

Bianchi's successful history begins in the heart of Zurich, where Giuseppe Bianchi opened his first store in 1881. As a family-run business, they have been passionately supplying products to the Swiss food service industry for five generations.
