Wine: Tornielli Rosso

Description: Produced from red grapes that have been carefully thinned on the vine. The grape yield per vine is very low, resulting in a high alcohol content that blends perfectly with the wine's structure. Tornielli Rosso is aged in tonneau barrels for about two years.
Color: Intense garnet red.
Aroma: Persistent and ethereal, with hints of cinnamon, spices, ripe wild berries, and jam.
Palate: A warm and ethereal wine, with remarkable structure and balance, featuring soft tannins that lend the wine greater harmony. The finish echoes the hints of spices and wild berries found in the aroma, with great persistence.
Food Pairings: Pairs well with red meats, game, flavorful/aged cheeses, and rich dishes. An excellent meditation wine.
